Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Preferred Industry: Machine Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing Projects

• Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Project Management Engineer to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of engineering and automation projects. The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, track project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and execute projects as per business requirements.
- Track project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and other stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage project reviews, status reporting, and escalation of critical issues.
- Monitor action items and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports,



and meeting records.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Strong project planning and execution skills.

- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
