Medanta is looking for a technically sound and proactive IT Executive Hardware & Networking to join our IT team and support day-to-day IT infrastructure as well as the launch of new Labs and Pharmacy Stores.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and other networking equipment.
• Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software and network-related issues.
• Support IT infrastructure setup during the launch of new Labs and Pharmacy Stores.
• Coordinate installation and configuration of IT equipment, networking and connectivity at current locations.
• Conduct site visits to ensure smooth IT readiness and operational handover of new facilities.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, system, printer and peripheral-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory records and technical documentation.




• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with IT infrastructure, security and support standards.
• Provide timely technical support to end users and escalate critical issues to the appropriate team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking or a related field.
• 16 years of experience in IT support, hardware and networking.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi and basic network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls and structured cabling will be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to new Lab and Pharmacy locations is essential.
