Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting).
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the real estate sector.

HR Generalist (30%)

- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance with labor laws.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Address basic employee queries and act as a bridge between management and staff.

Key Skills Competencies





- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a real estate or startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Good understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 6 years of experience in HR, with a major focus on recruitment.
- Experience in a real estate, construction, or proptech startup will be an added advantage.
