About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and well-organized Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is a high-impact role requiring robust business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced **Media / Radio / Television environment*.

The ideal candidate should be more than an administrative support professional someone who can analyse business data, create impactful presentations, track revenue and sales performance, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support the CRO in driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level executive support to the CRO in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.

Prepare and maintain MIS, business reports, revenue trackers, sales dashboards, and performance analysis.

Work extensively on *MS Excel* for data analysis, reporting, tracking and business insights.

Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, business reviews, sales decks, proposals and management presentations.

Analyse revenue, sales, client, category and market data to identify *trends, gaps and opportunities.

Track key business KPIs, targets, achievements and pending action points across teams.

Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Programming, Finance, HR and other functions to ensure timely execution of CRO priorities.

Prepare agendas, meeting briefs, MOMs and follow-up trackers for senior management meetings.

Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism on critical business action points and deadlines.

* Support the CRO in client meetings, business reviews, presentations and strategic discussions.





* Assist in preparing *business proposals, commercial presentations and client-specific decks*.

* Conduct basic market, competitor and industry analysis relevant to the Media business.

* Handle sensitive and confidential business information with *high levels of discretion and professionalism*.

* Manage multiple priorities in a *fast-paced, deadline-driven environment*.

Candidate Profile

* 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in **Media, Radio, Television, Broadcasting, Digital Media or Entertainment*.

* *Strong Media / Radio / TV industry background is mandatory.*

* Excellent command of *MS Excel*, including data analysis, reports, MIS and dashboards.

* Strong *PowerPoint presentation and business storytelling skills*.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into *actionable business insights*.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.

* Ability to work with *senior leadership and cross-functional teams*.

* High attention to detail and strong ownership of deliverables.

* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with *multiple priorities and tight timelines*.
