Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full time roles.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, professional networking, social platforms, and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver top-quality talent in a timely manner.
- Work with various employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and handle visa categories including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and market trends.
- Familiarity with US employment types and visa classifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Must have BE/ BTech education degree
