Requirements:

8+ years of experience in building and deploying ML / AI applications

Experience managing and mentoring ML / AI Engineers is good to have

Proven expertise in NLP, machine learning, and Generative AI

Strong background in building and deploying production-grade Python ML services

Proficiency in prompting techniques, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent frameworks, and LLM serving frameworks

Hands-on experience with:

o Solid experience with any SQL database. NoSQL experience is good to have.

o Experience with ElasticSearch or any other search database is a strong preference.

o Experience with atleast any one of Python frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Django.

o Experience with atleast any one ML frameworks like Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, XGBoost, Scikit-Learn

o Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen is good to have.

Familiarity with Python backend development and relevant application architectures
