Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1-3 years of experience in IT services sales/business development. The candidate must have hands-on experience working with US and UK clients and be comfortable handling international business development activities.
Role & Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with US and UK clients.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Conduct client communication, follow-ups, requirement discussions, and negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver company/service presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM and track sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and sales targets.
• Research target markets, industries, competitors,
and potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and potential international clients.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the IT/Software Services industry.
• Mandatory experience working with US and UK clients.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of IT services and B2B sales.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Comfortable working in a day shift.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling Web Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, Cloud, or other IT services.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales platforms.
• Experience with international lead generation and client acquisition.
• Understanding of the US and UK IT services market.
