Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter / HR Executive
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- End-to-end recruitment support
- Maintaining candidate records and HR documentation
- Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
