We are looking for an experienced and responsible Finance Manager to manage the companys financial operations, accounting activities, cash flow, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The person will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, effective financial planning, timely payments and collections, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the company.
- Maintain and review books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor company cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and expense controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Review GST returns, TDS workings, reconciliations,



and other statutory filings.
- Monitor bank transactions, bank reconciliations, and fund requirements.
- Assist management in financial planning and business decision-making.
- Analyse expenses, profitability, costs, and financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Maintain proper documentation and internal financial controls.
- Handle working capital management and banking-related activities, including preparation of financial documents required by banks.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, sales, stores, and management teams regarding financial matters.
- Ensure proper accounting of inventory, fixed assets, purchases, sales, and other business transactions.
- Support internal and statutory audits and provide required financial information and documents.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company financial information.
