Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Female Real Estate Professional with 5-7 years of experience to identify and finalize suitable properties for our current offices , Franchises locations across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for identifying suitable commercial retail properties for opening new warehouse and office of our brand Ridoji.
- Location & Catchment Analysis of New Store Locations & Negotiating, acquiring and finalizing
- new properties.Negotiating final rentals, Landlord Scope of Works etc.
- Shortlist properties based on location, connectivity, budget, size, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate consultants.




- Compare multiple property options and prepare recommendations for management.
- Handle documentation and coordinate with legal/admin teams for lease agreements.
- Maintain a database of shortlisted properties and market rates.

Requirements

- 5-7years of relevant Real Estate / Property Acquisition / Commercial Leasing experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently search, evaluate, and finalize properties.
- Female candidates preferred.
