Qualification- Graduation or Diploma
Experience- 2-5 years
Key Skills Required
Robust troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of mobile hardware (PCB, battery, display)
Basic software knowledge
Understanding of ESD safety
Good communication and customer handling skills

Key Responsibilities
Technical & Repair
Diagnose and repair smartphones (hardware & software issues)
Handle issues like no power, network, charging, display, and motherboard faults
Ensure proper use of tools and ESD safety procedures
Update job cards and mention remark properly
Troubleshooting & Quality
Identify root cause of issues and provide permanent solutions
Reduce repeat repairs and improve First Time Fix Rate
Follow standard repair processes and quality guidelines
Conduct proper testing before delivery

Customer Handling
Explain issues and solutions clearly to customers
Handle escalations and difficult customers professionally
Provide accurate timelines (TAT) and updates
