Responsibilities

- Edit long-form YouTube videos (830 minutes)

- Create YouTube Shorts from long videos

- Add engaging cuts, zooms, B-rolls, memes, sound effects & subtitles

- Improve audience retention & watch time

- Follow YouTube editing trends and formats

- Collaborate with the content team for ideation & revisions

Requirements

- Knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects

- Basic understanding of YouTube audience & pacing

- Ability to meet deadlines consistently

- Creative mindset + attention to detail

- Prior YouTube editing experience is a plus (personal channel works too)
