Job Description – ICU & Ward Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and compassionate ICU & Ward Nurses to join our healthcare team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care, monitoring patients, administering medications, and supporting doctors in delivering effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in ICU/Ward.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during procedures and examinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor ICU patients and promptly report any changes in condition.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety protocols.
- Handle medical equipment and ensure proper functioning.




- Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information between shifts.

Eligibility & Requirements

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
- ICU experience preferred for ICU Nurse positions.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
