Role Summary

The Head of ERP is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the organizations enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role leads the ERP team, aligns business processes with technology solutions, and ensures seamless integration across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Define the ERP roadmap, aligning system capabilities with long-term business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- System Implementation & Management: Oversee end-to-end ERP projects, system upgrades, modules integration, and ongoing operational maintenance.
- Process Optimization: Partner with functional leads to analyze business workflows, eliminate redundancies, and automate core operational processes.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
- Governance & Compliance:



Establish robust data governance, access controls, system security, and audit compliance standard operating procedures.
- Team Management: Direct and mentor teams of ERP Coordinators and functional specialists.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in a senior managerial role overseeing enterprise-scale ERP systems
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record in complex end-to-end ERP implementations, cloud migrations, and system architecture design.
- Leadership: Robust stakeholder management, change management, and cross-functional team leadership abilities.
