Area(s) of responsibility

- 4-6 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related testing roles.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), quality assurance methodologies, and testing best practices.
- Hands-on testing of Appian applications, business process management (BPM) platforms, or workflow-based solutions.
- Experience validating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath or similar automation platforms.
- Ability to perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, batch integrations, and enterprise application testing.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Test Manager,



or similar test management tools.
- Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks is preferred.
- Experience within insurance or other regulated industries is preferred.
