Sales Executive Commission Based | Work From Home

Vinayak Collection is looking for motivated Sales Executives who can help us promote and sell our fashion and clothing products. This is a 100% Work From Home, commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary; you will earn commission for every successful sale generated by you.

Role & Responsibilities

- Promote Vinayak Collection's clothing and fashion products.
- Find potential customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, personal contacts and other social media platforms.
- Share product photos, details, prices and offers with interested customers.
- Explain products to customers and handle their basic queries.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders.
- Generate genuine sales and submit correct customer/order details to the company.
- Maintain regular communication with customers until the order is confirmed.
- Work independently from home and focus on generating sales.

Commission & Earning

- Commission-based job – no fixed salary.
- Earn commission on every successful sale generated by you.
- Your earning will increase as you generate more successful sales.
- Commission details and sales process will be explained during onboarding/training.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram and social media.

- No specific degree is required; sales ability and willingness to work are more important.

Training & Support

- Product information and sales guidance will be provided.
- Current candidates will receive basic training about products and the sales process.
- Marketing material/product photos can be provided for promotion.
- Company team will provide support whenever required.
