Job Location: New Delhi

Wiretec Fluxes LLP is looking for a energetic and technically sound Sales Engineer to join our team in New Delhi. In this role, you will support technical sales cycles, identify customer requirements, perform product demonstrations, and overcome technical objections to secure deals within the industrial consumables sector.

Core Responsibilities:

- Customer Identification & Lead Generation: Identify potential industrial clients and evaluate technical needs to drive sales growth.
- Product Demonstrations & Technical Support: Conduct live technical demonstrations to show how industrial flux and consumables meet client specifications; serve as the technical subject matter expert during pitch meetings.
- Solution Customization: Collaborate with internal technical/R&D; teams to customize product solutions according to specific customer requirements.
- Objection Handling & Deal Closure:



Overcome technical barriers and objections raised by client engineering/procurement teams to close sales.
- Post-Sale Support & Feedback: Provide technical support after sale completion, maintain client relationships, and collect market feedback for product enhancement.
- Travel: Travel frequently across target domestic markets in and around Delhi/NCR for client meetings and field technical support.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
- Experience: 4+ years of proven technical sales/presales experience in Industrial Consumables.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and field technical troubleshooting capability.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently (Domestic).
