Role & responsibilities
- Build and maintain solid relationships with insurance brokers, corporate agents, and subbrokers.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads effectively. [cms.tminetwork.com]
- Support brokers in client meetings and drive product penetration.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate Profile
- Graduation is mandatory
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance (Broca/Broker channel experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good product knowledge of Life Insurance and the broking ecosystem.
- Ability to handle partner sales teams and drive revenue through channel networks.
Prefer Candidate - Life insurance experience in Banca Channel
