Work Experience:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions managing citizen-centric services, G2C services, or public sector technology initiatives.

Prior experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects, particularly within government or public services, is highly desirable.

Certifications:

TOGAF certification.

Certifications related to digital transformation or government services will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

The Vice CTO will be responsible for overseeing the technology strategy, implementation, and management of the IT systems supporting diverse portfolio of citizen-centric services. This role involves driving the digital transformation of services such as Aadhaar enrolment, utility payments, and other G2C services, ensuring that the technology infrastructure enables to deliver these services efficiently, securely, and at scale. The Vice CTO will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, government bodies, and technology partners to ensure the successful delivery of these services across the nation.
