With a growing presence across D2C and leading marketplaces, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help us build and manage productive systems as we scale.

MANDATORY : CANDIDATE MUST HAVE D2C EXPERIENCE IN ECOMMERCE

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily order processing, dispatches, RTOs and cancellations across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and Swiggy, with a focus on reducing RTOs and cancellations.

* Manage inventory across all channels, maintain daily inventory records and minimum stock thresholds, and schedule replenishment shipments. * Monitor inventory expiry and alert the Marketing team about products expiring within 6 months.

* Manage website shipping through Shopify & Delhivery and marketplace shipments, including Amazon.

* Maintain accurate operational reports in Microsoft Excel and be proficient in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and IF formulas.

* Manage and coordinate the Customer Support team,



ensuring Same-Day Shipping and improving conversions from abandoned carts and WhatsApp queries.

* Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve late deliveries, NDRs, weight discrepancies and other shipping issues

. * Maintain all purchase and invoice records and liaise with the CA for regular GST filings and tax compliance.

* Raise and track POs for packaging, raw materials and finished goods and coordinate with vendors for timely supplies.

Preferred candidate profile

What We’re Looking For

* 2–5 years’ experience in e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, beauty or a related industry.

* Strong experience in e-commerce operations, inventory and logistics.

* Excellent Excel skills are essential.

* Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and marketplace operations.

* Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented.

* A hands-on problem solver who takes ownership and can work independently in a fast-growing environment.
