We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in legal risk management, contract drafting & negotiation, litigation management and general legal advisory.

Role & responsibilities

Legal risk

- Review and provide legal advice on tender documents.
- Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
- Provide risk mitigation & management advice to business stakeholders especially on contract management.
- Provide and interpret legal information, and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to relevant stakeholders.

Litigation management

- Coordinating with external retained counsel ensuring correct briefing and tracking & reviewing all on-going legal matters and managing external counsel budget and expenditures.

Contract negotiation





- Contract Management including contract drafting, executing, documenting and ensuring compliance to the terms.
- Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
- Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.
- Ensuring appropriate contract related documentation and facilitate audit process.

Miscellaneous/ General Advisory

- Maintain and provide details of all legal issues/disputes and the action initiated.
- Conduct or coordinate research on legal issues.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Review business, commercial and documents/communications and advise on appropriate strategy/language to manage risk while maximizing business benefit
