Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist - Outbound & Lead Gen (Apollo.io)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, data-driven Outbound Demand Generation Specialist with hands-on expertise in Apollo.io to drive B2B pipeline growth. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel cold outreach campaigns, build laser-focused prospect lists, and generate sales-qualified opportunities for our growth team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Outreach Execution: Design and launch multi-step cold email and LinkedIn sequences directly using Apollo.io.
- Targeting & List Building: Build, clean, and enrich high-intent B2B target account lists using Apollo search filters, intent signals, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Cold Copywriting & A/B Testing: Write high-converting, personalized cold email copy tailored to C-level decision-makers and test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging angles.
- Email Deliverability & Inbox Health: Maintain technical setups including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and inbox rotation to ensure low bounce rates.
- CRM Integration & Pipeline Management:



Sync Apollo campaigns with HubSpot or Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking, activity logging, and seamless lead handoffs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key campaign metrics including Open Rates, Reply Rates, Positive Reply Rates, and Booked Demos.

Key Skills Required:

- Core Tooling: Hands-on mastery of Apollo.io (Sequences, Rulesets, Database Search, Analytics).
- Secondary Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM.
- Technical Setup: Understanding of email deliverability protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) and inbox warming tools.
- Copywriting: Direct, conversational B2B cold email copywriting capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Outbound Marketing, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Target Markets: Prior experience targeting international decision-makers (US, UK, Australia, or UAE markets) is highly preferred.
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
