This role combines business development, technical coordination, client relationship management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, R&D; teams, QA/QC teams, manufacturing organizations, and procurement teams.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate testing, analytical, R&D;, or QA/regulatory support services.
- Coordinate with technical, R&D;, laboratory, and project teams to understand feasibility, timelines, and requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, commercial discussions, and project documentation.
- Follow up with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate projects from initial requirement through testing/service delivery and client closure.
- Maintain a solid sales pipeline and regularly track leads, opportunities, proposals, conversions,



and revenue.
- Develop repeat business and long-term relationships with clients.
- Work toward defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding services among existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, requirements, proposals, and project status.
