Role & responsibilities

- To ensure plan vs actual 100%.
- To ensure material delivery on time as per given schedule by customer.
- Manpower Handling and their planning how to deploy accordingly their skill.
- Implementation of 5s activities on the production shop floor.
- Responsible for continuous improvement and in working workplace for safety.
- Production planning as per dispatch schedule.
- To provide planning as per dispatch schedule.
- To provide training, and motivation to manpower on line to minimize rework and wastage.
- Loss time monitoring.
- Implementation of suggestion and kaizen.
- To maintain production records as per IATF standard requirement.
- To ensure regular monitoring of performance all employees on the shop floor.
- Build and maintain trusty relationship within the organization.
- OEE calculation.
