Incredible AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with basic knowledge of UI/UX, MIS, and E-Commerce operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with digital platforms, managing business data, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day e-commerce and UI/UX-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining and improving UI/UX elements across websites and digital platforms.
- Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports, dashboards, and business data.
- Manage and monitor e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory information, orders, and basic platform management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
- Analyze operational data and provide regular reports to management. Support website and digital platform updates from a basic UI/UX perspective.
- Identify data discrepancies, operational issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to e-commerce and MIS activities.
- Work closely with technology, marketing, and operations teams as required.

Required Skills





- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and website interfaces.
- Good knowledge of MIS and data reporting.
- Understanding of E-Commerce platforms and online business operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to learn new technologies and digital tools.

Eligibility

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with backgrounds in IT, Computer Applications, Management, Commerce, or related fields will be preferred.
- Experience: 1 - 5 years in MIS, e-commerce, UI/UX support, digital operations, or a related role.
- Candidates with relevant practical skills and strong learning ability may also be considered.

Compensation & Location CTC: 1.5 Lakh 3.0 Lakh per annum, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.

Job Locations: Mumbai, Patna, Delhi NCR, and Kolkata. Significant: Candidates should be open to relocating to Bihar if required by the company.
