Role & responsibilities

We are looking for Engineer / Senior Engineer -Quality Assurance & Systems. Candidates in the age group of 25-30 with Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile having 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance may apply for the position. Out of total experience applicant must have minimum 3 years experience in Automotive manufacturing industry.

1. Analyzing customer needs to determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues

2. Define and implement the organization's quality strategy, objectives, and KPIs.

3. Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).

4. Drive a zero-defect culture throughout manufacturing operations.

5. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and industry standards.

6. Knowledge of Preparation of Maruti documentation & MSIL Portal.

7. Supplier Quality Management

8. Customer Quality Management

9. Creating technical diagrams,



flowcharts, formulas, and other written documentation

10. Researching existing technologies to determine how they could be applied in new ways to solve problems

11. Reviewing existing products or concepts to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

12. Preparing proposals for new projects, identifying potential problems, and proposing solutions

Preferred candidate profile

1. Positive Communication skill

2. 3 to 5 years experience in same field.

3. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E. Mechanical Engineering.

4. Age group 25-35 years.

5. Experienced in Automotive manufacturing industry.
