Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee builder floor projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.

- Conduct site visits to monitor workmanship, identify defects, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Develop detailed estimates for materials, labor costs, and equipment rentals for accurate budgeting purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-10 years of experience in builder floor construction management.

- Solid understanding of building construction methods, materials science, and structural design principles.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel spreadsheets.
