Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing qualified who can manage client relationships, understand project requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects from requirement to final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have experience in one of the following industries: Signage, Retail/Brand Signage, Wayfinding, Advertising & Branding, Fabrication, Retail/Interior Execution, or Exhibition/Display.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day communication and relationship management with clients.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal briefs.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, Procurement and Installation/Site teams.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, POs and project documentation.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Regularly update clients regarding project progress, timelines and challenges.
- Coordinate approvals for artwork, materials, samples and final execution.
- Handle client queries, complaints and execution-related issues professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for pending approvals, payments and project closures.




- Maintain proper records of clients, projects, quotations and ongoing orders.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Ensure that client commitments are communicated properly to the internal execution teams.

Candidates should preferably have experience in:

- Signage Companies
- Retail / Brand Signage Companies
- Wayfinding Companies
- Advertising & Branding Agencies
- Fabrication Companies
- Retail / Interior Execution Companies
- Exhibition / Display Companies

Candidates from generic customer support, BPO, hospitality or unrelated industries will not be preferred.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Good command of English and Hindi
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good understanding of project execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure
- Qualified and solution-oriented approach
