Key Responsibilities

1. Treasury & Debt Management

- Working Capital Optimization: Actively manage and utilize the companys working capital basket (CC, WCDL, BG, LC). Coordinate with consortium or multiple banking partners to ensure optimal deployment of limits.
- Term Loan Servicing: Monitor the repayment schedules, interest computations, and covenants associated with the term loan portfolio.
- Banking Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for operational banking partners. Negotiate competitive pricing, processing fees, and interest rates on non-fund-based (BG/LC) and fund-based limits.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure timely submission of monthly/quarterly stock statements, book debt statements, and quarterly information systems (QIS) required by lenders. Prepare documentation for the timely renewal and enhancement of credit lines.

2. Accounts Receivable & Credit Control

- Customer Collections & Follow-up: Proactively engage with B2B customers, distributors, and field sales teams to accelerate collections and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Credit Analysis: Monitor customer credit limits, assess creditworthiness, and highlight overdue accounts or defaults to the sales heads and CFO.
- Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with dispatch, logistics, and sales operations to quickly resolve commercial discrepancies, debit notes, and customer billing queries that stall collections.

3. Financial Accounting & Operations

- Receivable Accounting: Pass accurate entries for daily collections, banking receipts, bank adjustments, and customer accounts reconciliation in the ERP system.
- Bank Reconciliation: Ensure daily reconciliation of operational bank accounts with specific attention to collection pooling accounts.
- Customer Reconciliation: Perform periodic ledger reconciliations with customers to ensure zero variance and acquire formal balance confirmations.

4. Cash Flow Forecasting & Weekly MIS

- Liquidity Planning:



Track short-term funding requirements and plan fund allocations across different facilities to minimize borrowing costs.
- Weekly AR MIS: Prepare and present a weekly MIS report highlighting absolute aging analysis, top overdue accounts, and a granular breakdown of collection targets versus actual collections.
- Collection Projections: Create weekly rolling cash inflow forecasts based on verified customer commitment dates to help the CFO plan upcoming statutory liabilities, raw material procurement, and debt service payments.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

- Education: CA Inter, MBA in Finance, or a Post-Graduate degree in Finance/Commerce from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, strictly incorporating hands-on experience in both manufacturing treasury environments and credit control/AR functions.
- Domain Knowledge: Profound knowledge of banking operations, fund-based/non-fund-based facilities (CC, WCDL, BG, LC), term loan dynamics, and commercial accounting practices common to the manufacturing sector.
- Software: High proficiency in standard ERPs (such as SAP, Infor LN, or Tally Prime) alongside advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and dynamic cash flow modeling).

- Negotiation & Assertiveness: Robust commercial negotiation skills to manage banking relationships and follow up firmly yet professionally with corporate clients for dues.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent data-crunching abilities to derive meaningful patterns from large aging schedules and formulate highly reliable projection models.
- Autonomy & Ownership: Ability to function effectively as a solo operator, managing high-stakes portfolios with minimal supervision while maintaining transparency with senior leadership.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written business communication skills to interface cleanly with both external bank managers and internal cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Dispatch, and Supply Chain).
