Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement business logic and integrate internal and external systems.
- Develop unit tests using PyTest to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration issues, and performance problems.
- Support application deployment and production release activities.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, QA engineers, and other technical teams.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for application data management.
- Design backend components with scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability in mind.
- Follow version control, CI/CD, coding standards, and software development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 810 years of experience in backend development or software engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.




- Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience developing and maintaining scalable backend services.
- Hands-on experience with PyTest and unit testing practices.
- Experience using Postman for API testing and validation.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application architectures.
- Good understanding of Git and CI/CD practices.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with Frontend, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
- Understanding of application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
