NOTE: In-house General Counsel (GC) experience mandatory.
Job Description:
- Reviewing, negotiate and finalization of commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspective
- Handling internal & external stakeholders with solid legal acumen.
- Ability to provide proposal drafting support
- Reviewing of RFP’s, Tenders, RFQ’s, Power of attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrix, cover letters, declarations, bid compliance check list, etc
- Updated on current legal developments and laws
