Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO requirements
- Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, references, and social platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Manage bulk hiring for Voice, Non-Voice, Chat & Blended processes
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates• Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 Months of Experience in BPO Recruitment
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
- Must have Laptop & Stable Internet Connection
