Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in the manufacturing or furniture industry, with robust organizational skills to manage production schedules, vendor coordination, and quality checks. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production planning: Develop and monitor production schedules to meet project timelines.
- Vendor coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials.
- Execution tracking: Oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Quality control:



Inspect finished goods to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with designers, factory teams, and management to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials, and timelines.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of production coordination in manufacturing or furniture industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
