What You Will Own

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Recruit exceptional talent for:

- IELTS Trainers
- Verbal Trainers
- Quant Trainers
- Admissions Counsellors
- Academic Counsellors
- Hardcore Sales Counsellors
- Other academic, sales and support positions

Your Recruitment Numbers

250350 Calls/Day

100–150 Connected Calls/Day

10–15 Candidate Walk-ins/Day

1 Joining Every 2 Days

You will own the entire funnel:

Sourcing Calling Screening Interview Selection Offer Joining

And track:

Interview Selection Offer Joining Conversion

But Hiring Is Only the Beginning

Once people join, you will help ensure they perform.

You will be involved in:

- Target setting and target communication
- Revenue and enrolment targets
- Callyzer productivity monitoring
- Employee performance tracking
- Attendance and late-coming management
- Leave policy communication
- HR policy communication
- Employee documentation
- Escalation handling
- HR email communication
- Performance reviews
- Performance improvement follow-ups




- Exit and clearance management as per company policy

Callyzer | Revenue | Enrolments | Attendance

You will understand how employee activity translates into business performance.

You will identify gaps, communicate them clearly and ensure the right follow-up happens.

Salary

18,000 – 35,000 Per Month

Based on experience, communication, recruitment capability and performance.
