Experience:
1 - 3 years of relevant experience
Industry / Function:

Experience in Medical Equipment / Medical Instruments.
Key Responsibilities:

- Machine installation and attending breakdown calls.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by the customers.
- Thorough product knowledge and issue escalation.
- Strive to exceed customer expectation and resolving the issues in real time.
- Gather feedback on product performance, customer experience, and providing insights on product improvement to relevant teams.




- Travelling extensively-home location -Hubli- Travel various location of Entire

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Robust technical aptitude and deep understanding about the equipment

Willingness to travel extensively.
Proven experience in both sales and service functions.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated individual.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Role
Willingness to travel in the field for 15 days per month (subject to requirement,
duration may vary)
