- Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiation.
- NDA, LoIs, Consultancy Agreements, PPA, O&M;, EP, EPC, SAAS, License Agreement.
- Review of bids, tenders and RfPs.
- Risk analysis of contractual agreements.
- Briefing business team on risks.
- Sound knowledge and experience in IBC related work.
- Prepare Correspondence, draft and agreement as per the requirement.
- Liaison with Government authorities as and when required..
- Coordinate with management & marketing people in daily basis.
- Ensure Legal Proceedings of a company is met with highest possible standards.

Total Experience - 8 10 yrs Qualification - LLB (5 years)/ LLM
