We are looking for an experienced Manager SST (Surface Special Treatments) to lead Aerospace Special Process operations with expertise in Chemical Milling and exposure to other aerospace-approved special processes.
Department: Manufacturing / Production
Reporting To: Section In-charge SST (Senior Manager)
Key Responsibilities
Lead Chemical Milling and Aerospace Special Process operations
Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer requirements
Manage production targets, quality, cost, delivery, and safety
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead audits, CAPA activities, process qualification, and customer interactions
Develop and mentor production teams
Special Process Expertise Required :
Chemical Milling
Surface Treatment & Conversion Coating
Anodizing
Passivation
Chemical Cleaning & Etching
Painting & Coating Processes
NDT (Preferred)
Other NADCAP-approved processes
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
Diploma candidates with relevant experience are also welcome
Experience Required
10–15 years in Aerospace Manufacturing
Minimum 5 years in leadership roles handling Chemical Milling & Aerospace Special Processes
Experience in NADCAP-accredited environments (Mandatory)
Experience with Aerospace OEMs / Tier-1 suppliers preferred
