Role: Sourcing and Procurement Analyst

Location: Bengaluru

Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Skills:

• Excellent Understanding of Sourcing / Procurement

• Exposure to Managerial Role in Sourcing / Procurement process

• Experience of managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.

• Experience driving process improvements and business Impact.

• Experience in managing retail or in Transportation & Logistics industry

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Exposure to ERP (Oracle, Coupa/ SAP / Service Now Preferred)

• Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)

• Collaboration and Influencing

• Managerial Exposure

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with client to meet delivery requirements.

• Works closely with multiple Client Stakeholders to understand various business requirements /

forecasting models.





• Supports Team in ensuring they understand the Clients specific business terminologies.

• Ensures robust governance, controls & compliance.

• Ensures overall program management and issue resolution.

• People Management Experience

• Provide reports and analysis to demonstrate the improvement that has been made.

• Support category teams with administrative tasks such as spend consolidations (rework some data),

review purchase orders, etc.

• Provide periodic status reports, issues/challenges with respect to projects to customers.

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders’ priorities. Driving aggressive schedule, action items,

accountability, and reporting to management

• Ensures robust governance, controls & compliance.

• Initiates process controls, quality plans and risk mitigation programs

• Identify potential risks and work out mitigation plan
