Looking for 5+ yrs

Linux/ Unix, SQL, Prod support with Incident Management exp and working on tools - Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk.

Required Skills





Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.

Valuable working knowledge of Oracle Database with the ability to query and troubleshoot database-related issues.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools:

Splunk

AppDynamics

Grafana

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident management and tracking.

Experience in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root-cause identification.
