- Compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Reduction of construction defects and rework
- Timely inspection and approval of site activities
- Proper implementation of ITPs and Method Statements
- Timely closure of NCRs and quality observations
- Accurate and complete quality documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution with 3-7 years of relevant experience in QA/QC for building construction projects.

Experience in two or more of the following is preferred:

- Residential apartments
- Multi-storey buildings / MSBs
- Institutional buildings
- Commercial complexes
- Industrial buildings
- Large-scale infrastructure/building projects
