Languages Required Bilingual - Hindi & English mandatory, plus either Marathi or Gujarati preferred (Export RFQ correspondence will be primarily in English)

Salary Band As per industry standards (commensurate with experience)

Role Purpose

The Sales Coordinator owns the pre-sales customer journey from initial outreach through to order receipt. This role is the operational engine of the sales process: making initial contact calls, sending introductions, coordinating NDAs, logging RFQs, preparing and following up on quotations, supporting negotiation, and driving the deal to a confirmed order. Once an order is received, it hands off to the CRM Executive, who owns everything from order acceptance through delivery and payment. Lead generation, customer qualification, technical feasibility, and final commercial approval sit with their respective specialist functions and the Delegation of Authority (DOA) the Sales Coordinator is the connective thread across all of them, keeping every stage moving, informed, and on schedule so the deal never stalls for lack of coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Make initial outreach calls to leads passed on from lead generation.
- Send formal introduction communication to qualified prospects.
- Coordinate NDA execution where required before technical/commercial information is shared.
- Log and route incoming RFQs to the relevant internal stakeholders for feasibility assessment.




- Prepare and share quotations with customers, incorporating input from feasibility and costing.
- Own the follow-up cadence on every open quotation until it is won, lost, or closed.
- Lead negotiation on commercial terms with the customer, coordinating with Sales leadership as needed.
- Prepare and submit final commercial terms for approval as per the Delegation of Authority, then finalize submission to the customer.
- Confirm order receipt and hand off the order cleanly to the CRM Executive for post-sales execution.
- Maintain accurate, real-time status of every lead and quotation in the CRM/ERP system this is the single source of truth for pipeline visibility.
- Escalate stalled or at-risk deals to the Sales Head promptly, with the facts.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferably in Sales, Commerce, or Business; Post Graduate preferred.
- 23 years of experience in a sales coordination or inside sales role at a large corporate/MNC or a reputed manufacturing company or a reputed call center.
- Bilingual, mandatory: Hindi and English, plus working fluency in either Marathi or Gujarati preferred; robust written English is essential for RFQ and quotation correspondence, including with export customers.
- Comfortable working in a CRM/ERP environment for lead tracking, quotation status, and pipeline reporting.
- Strong follow-up discipline deals stall when quotations go unchased; this role is judged on nothing falling through the cracks between RFQ and order receipt.
- Confident, professional communication this person is often the customer's first point of contact with AFPL.
