Role & responsibilities

- Production Operations: Manage shift-wise production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets while reducing waste.
- Quality Control: Conduct in-process quality checks for WGCC (such as fineness, brightness, viscosity, and solid content) to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Equipment Monitoring: Oversee plant machinery, grinding mills, classifiers, and pumps, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Manpower Management: Supervise and guide shift operators and workers to foster a safe, disciplined, and productive work environment.
- Structured Reporting: Prepare accurate shift-wise production reports, material consumption logs, and SAP-related quality/production entries.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict plant safety protocols, proper PPE usage,



and house-keeping standards on the shop floor.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related science/engineering field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on production or quality experience in mineral processing, wet grinding, or chemical manufacturing plants (WGCC/PCC experience preferred).
- Skills:

Strong technical understanding of wet grinding and classification processes.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and readiness to work in rotating shifts.

Proficiency in data reporting and basic plant software/SAP systems.

High energy level with solid communication and team leadership.
