Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan production activities of White Bhem, GI, and Rolling Mill to meet customer requirements.

- Coordinate with various functions such as Quality, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor inventory levels at different stages of production and plan accordingly to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all aspects of planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12-20 years of experience in planning management for steel manufacturing plants.

- Solid understanding of cold rolling mill processes and galvanizing techniques.

- Excellent coordination skills to work effectively across multiple departments (Quality, Production, Warehouse).

- Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., MIS reports) to inform decision-making.
