Reporting to: Plant Head & Group OH

1. Qualification: B.Tech/MBA

2. Good Knowledge about automotive seating, Defects and function.

3. Good Knowledge about PU Pad, Process, Defects and function.

4. Valuable Knowledge about floor carpet process, Lamination Process.

5. Establishment of good production system in the entire plant.

6. Controlling of EBITA, Losses and performance within the targets.

7. Knowledge of Yield Losses and improvements to control.

8. Budget Preparation of Plant activities.

9. Knowledge of VSM, Lean Manufacturing, SPC and TPM.

10.Knowledge of safe and efficient workplace, cycle time study, sequencing supply/Kanban and Kaizen.

11. Knowledge about product standards, standard operation, WI, IATF and 4M documentation.

12. Knowledge of operation related terms, like as productivity, rejection rate, OEE, etc.

13. Able to handle the maintenance department and control the MTBF and MTTR.

14. Shop floor basics 5S, 3M, 5W1H, 4M, Why Why Analysis, etc.

Preferably: B.Tech from Mechanical / MBA from Operation.
