JOB DESCRIPTION: MANAGER IT INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS

Functional Coordination: Information Security / CISO, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Branch Operations, HR, Finance, and External Technology Vendors / ISPs / OEMs

Role Purpose: The Manager IT Infrastructure & Operations shall be responsible for establishing, maintaining, scaling, optimizing and securing the Companys entire enterprise IT infrastructure, multi-branch network and end-user computing environment. The role shall cover the Companys complete technology footprint across the Corporate Head Office, Data Centers, Cloud infrastructure, and 220+ branch offices across 9 states supporting 2,000+ employees. This includes local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN), firewalls, physical and virtual servers, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Network-Attached Storage (NAS/SAN), data backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) systems, branch IT hardware/biometrics, mobile device management (MDM), IT asset lifecycle management, IT procurement, Proof of Concept (PoC) technology evaluation, and centralized IT Service Desk (ITSM) operations. The incumbent shall also be responsible for ensuring high system availability (99.9%), seamless branch operational connectivity, rapid incident resolution, and coordinating compliance with applicable RBI IT Framework for NBFCs, CERT-In directions, UIDAI device/infrastructure requirements, and internal Information Security policies.

Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. IT / Computer Science or equivalent recognized qualification. Sound practical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, System Administration, Cloud Services and IT Service Management.

Preferred Certifications:

Any one or more of:

- Cisco Certified Network Associate / Professional (CCNA / CCNP)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) / MCSA
- Fortinet Certified Skilled (FCP / NSE 4+) / Sophos Certified Engineer
- ITIL Foundation (v3 / v4)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+

Experience:

Preferred: 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking and Systems Management, preferably in:

- NBFC / Bank / FinTech / BFSI; and/or
- Multi-location, geographically distributed branch network enterprise environment.

At least 2+ years of experience leading an IT team or managing multi-branch infrastructure operations will be required.

Hands-on exposure to firewall management, SD-WAN, active directory, MDM solutions, Veeam backup, ITSM helpdesk, and IT procurement will be strongly preferred.
