Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Techno-Commercial Sales Professional with experience in Powder Coatings / Industrial Coatings sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales and business growth targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop current business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Handle dealer, applicator, OEM, and industrial customer accounts.
- Provide technical support on powder coating applications and resolve customer complaints.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer service.
- Monitor collections, forecasting, MIS reporting, and account management.
- Drive customer satisfaction through regular visits and relationship management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 37 years of experience in Powder Coatings / Industrial Coatings / Industrial Paints sales.
- Strong understanding of Powder Coating Technology, application process, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Pre-treatment Process will be an added advantage.
- Experience in B2B Industrial Sales and techno-commercial selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
