About the Role

Vinayak Collection is looking for motivated and result-oriented Wholesale Business Development Executives to expand our wholesale clothing business across India.

The main responsibility of this role is to find genuine wholesale buyers, retailers, garment shops, boutiques, resellers and other business customers and generate wholesale enquiries/orders for Vinayak Collection.

This is a Part-Time, Freelance/Home-Based and Commission-Based opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary. Candidates will earn commission based on successful business/orders generated through their efforts.

What Will You Do?

1. Find Wholesale Buyers
You will identify potential customers who purchase garments in bulk, such as:

- Garment shops
- Clothing retailers
- Boutiques
- Fashion stores
- Resellers
- Online clothing sellers
- Local wholesalers
- Distributors
- Instagram/WhatsApp clothing sellers
- Small and medium-sized fashion businesses

2. Generate Wholesale Leads
You will search for potential buyers through:

- WhatsApp
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Google/online business directories
- Local business contacts
- Personal and professional network
- Calling and messaging
- Other suitable sales channels

3. Approach Potential Customers
Contact potential buyers and introduce Vinayak Collection's wholesale clothing range. Share the available product catalogue, product photos, wholesale prices, minimum order details and other relevant information provided by the company.

4. Understand Customer Requirements
Talk to interested buyers and understand:

- Which products they need
- Required quantity
- Preferred designs/styles
- Sizes and colours
- Budget
- Delivery location
- Expected purchase frequency

5. Generate Wholesale Enquiries & Orders
Convert interested prospects into genuine wholesale enquiries and orders.



Collect the required customer and order information and share it with the Vinayak Collection team.

6. Follow Up With Customers
Regularly follow up with interested buyers through WhatsApp or phone calls until the customer confirms their requirement/order.

7. Maintain Lead Information
Keep proper records of the buyers and leads generated by you and provide accurate customer information to the company team.

How Will the Process Work?

The process will be simple:

You do not need to maintain stock or personally deliver products. Your primary responsibility is business development and bringing genuine wholesale customers/orders to the company.

Commission & Earning

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.

- Commission will be paid for eligible successful wholesale business generated through you.
- Higher sales/business can result in higher commission earnings.
- Your earning depends on the number and value of successful wholesale orders generated by you.
- Commission structure and eligibility conditions will be explained clearly during the onboarding process.
- There is an opportunity to work with multiple customers and build a regular wholesale buyer network.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Interested in sales and business development
- Comfortable speaking with new customers
- Good at communication and convincing customers




- Confident in making calls and sending WhatsApp messages
- Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp and social media
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Able to work independently from home
- Interested in earning through performance-based sales

Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, telecalling, wholesale, retail, garments or fashion is an advantage but not mandatory.

Important Note

This is NOT a fixed-salary job. It is a commission-based freelance/home-based sales opportunity.
