Role & responsibilities
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic knowledge and ability to work with CRM software.
- Good knowledge of civil construction materials such as:
- Electrical materials
- Plumbing materials
- Hardware
- Pipes
- Cement and other construction materials
- Knowledge of store procedures, including material receiving and issuing.
- Experience in store entries and inventory management.
- Ability to prepare material requisitions and material issue slips.
- Experience in physical stock/store verification.
- Ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate store/CRM records.
- Good understanding of material tracking, stock control and inventory management.
Preferred candidate profile
A responsible and organized professional with strong knowledge of construction materials, store operations, inventory management and documentation, along with good communication and CRM handling skills.
