Roles and Resposiabilities

- Translate product ideas and business needs into transparent requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and development tasks.
- Partner with developers to clarify requirements, track progress, resolve blockers, and review completed features.
- Perform functional, end-to-end, regression, and edge-case testing before releases.
- Identify, reproduce, document, track, and verify resolution of bugs.
- Maintain product documentation, feature status, release updates, priorities, and issue trackers.
- Coordinate between Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Escalate key risks, dependencies, delays, and quality issues to the Director of Product Development.
- Research competitors, APIs, integrations, tools, and technologies; recommend practical product or technical solutions.




- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Cursor to improve requirements, generate test cases, analyse bugs, research solutions, and automate repetitive work.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned featuresfrom idea and requirements through development, QA, and release.

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 years of experience in Product, QA, Business Analysis, or Software Development. Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, databases, web applications, Git/GitHub, and testing. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with developers and QA teams. Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor is preferred.
