Designation: Assistant Manager

Office Location: Bangalore (Involves travel)

Relevant Experience required: 4 to 8 years in technical services

(Experience in Dry Construction Systems is preferable)

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Technical Services & Site Support

- Provide technical support to project customers, key accounts, channel partners, contractors, and the regional sales team.
- Visit project sites to assess application requirements and recommend suitable Fibre Cement Board solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and installation audits to ensure adherence to Everest installation standards.
- Resolve technical and application-related issues at project sites and provide timely solutions.
- Support project execution teams in maintaining quality and achieving successful project outcomes.

2. Architect & Consultant Management
- Engage with architects, consultants, developers, builders, and PMCs to promote and specify Everest systems.
- Deliver technical presentations, CPD sessions, and product application seminars to key influencers.
- Provide design support and application recommendations for wall, ceiling, etc.
- Coordinate with structural, fire, and other consultants to address technical queries and project requirements.
- Build strong relationships with architects and consultants to drive specifications and project opportunities.

3. Specification & Design Support
- Prepare and provide technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, system details, and product data sheets for project inclusion.
- Ensure Everest products are incorporated into architectural and consultant specifications during the design phase.
- Support preparation of technical submissions and tender documentation.




- Provide prompt technical documentation and design-stage assistance to project stakeholders.
- Assist in developing application details and installation guidelines for various project requirements.

4. Training, Demonstrations & Mock-ups
- Conduct onsite trainings for contractors, applicators, dealers, and project teams.
- Organize product demonstrations, system mock-ups, and practical installation workshops.
- Educate stakeholders on best installation practices, quality requirements, and product performance advantages.
- Support skill development initiatives for contractors and applicators across the region.

5. Project Coordination & Conversion Support
- Work closely with sales teams to convert specifications into project orders.
- Provide technical inputs during project discussions, negotiations, and solution presentations.
- Support key and strategic projects from specification stage through execution and completion.
- Coordinate between customers, consultants, project teams, and internal departments for smooth project progress.
- Track specified projects and provide necessary technical interventions to improve conversion rates.

6. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback
- Collect and share market intelligence related to competing products, technologies, and installation practices.
- Capture customer feedback and site learnings to support continuous product and system improvement.
- Support development of technical literature, application manuals, and training materials.

Educational qualifications preferred

- BTech Civil / Architecture / construction technology or related disciplines
